Kampala has a day time population of over one million people living in the suburbs and beyond. The majority of them use public transport to enter and leave the city. And though the commuter taxi business is booming, it has also has been blamed for the congestion and confusion in the city.
Kenneth Bintu has analyzed this situation and hopes that his application, which is GPS-guided can control the taxi business and ensure the safety of the passengers.
